Physiotherapy after breast surgery, breast reconstruction, chemotherapy or radiotherapy. To improve shoulder range of movement and function, stiffness, cording and scar tissue through stretching exercises, soft tissue work and strengthening and mobilising exercises.
ScarWork Therapy
Education of scar massage, a light manual therapy used to treat scar tissue, fibrosis and adhesions following surgery.

Quality CaRE Oncology Physio is a private physiotherapy service and online cancer rehabilitation community run by Carla Reid BSc MSc MCSP HCPC. Carla is a qualified specialist oncology physiotherapist and an accredited ScarWork therapist currently working within the field of oncology, within the National Health Service and privately, in the United Kingdom. She has over 20 years of practice within the NHS and over 15 years specialising in cancer care. Our service aims to support persons affected by cancer through rehabilitation, exercise and scar therapy, to minimise the physical impact of cancer and its treatment; and to enhance quality of life at any stage of cancer from its diagnosis to palliation.
